If women and minorities aren't actively shaped into the future of AI, the technology is fundamentally broken. We need diverse perspectives steering the ship.
The ultimate goal of technology should be to lower barriers to entry for creators, researchers, and builders everywhere, amplifying human potential rather than replacing it.
We are living through monumental change because of AI. Everyone deserves fair access, support, and the opportunity to thrive in an AI world. That means transparency, honesty, and safeguards from the big AI leaders and the government.
